Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the clinician’s day that could have been filled by another patient.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

If you do not attend your appointment you will be charged a no-show fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
